Samen met een team van modelleurs en BIM-regisseurs bij de opdrachtgever zet jij je in om BIM-ontwikkelingen verder te professionaliseren. Als BIM-coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste werkafspraken worden opgesteld en nageleefd bij het modelleren van verschillende aspectmodellen. Hierdoor kunnen deze optimaal worden ingezet voor BIM-coördinatie . Jij hebt een scherp oog voor detail en identificeert raakvlakken tussen disciplines, mogelijke knelpunten in het ontwerp, de planning, de uitvoeringsmethode en de maakbaarheid. Binnen een project ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor BIM-coördinatie . Je controleert de informatie- en datakwaliteit van de aspectmodellen en toetst of deze voldoen aan de afgesproken standaarden. Daarnaast stel je een 3D-coördinatiemodel op en zorg je voor heldere communicatie en afstemming binnen het projectteam. Je werkt nauw samen met de BIM-regisseur, ontwerpleiders, modelleurs, werkvoorbereiders en diverse vakspecialisten om een soepel en efficiënt proces te garanderen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Civiele Techniek , en beschikt over actuele kennis van ontwerp- en bouwprocesmanagement, BIM, ICT en open standaarden . Daarnaast breng je mee: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als modelleur of BIM-coördinator . - Diepgaande kennis van Civil 3D, Revit en Navisworks - deze software heeft geen geheimen voor jou. - Sterke technische, analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden , waarmee je de samenwerking met interne en externe partijen soepel laat verlopen. - Inzicht in de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en het vermogen om deze toe te passen in de praktijk en binnen BIM-projecten.
