Als BIM-coördinator ziet je takenpakket er als volgt uit:

  • Modelleren van de bestaande toestand op basis van beschikbare opmetingen, plannen en technische gegevens.
  • Uitwerken van nauwkeurige Revit-modellen die als basis dienen voor verdere projectontwikkeling.
  • Opmaken van plannen en BIM-modellen in functie van omgevingsvergunningen.
  • Controleren van modellen op kwaliteit, volledigheid en technische correctheid.
  • Afstemmen met collega's om een uniforme BIM-werkwijze te garanderen.
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties binnen BIM-processen en digitale workflows.

Profiel

Voor deze functie van BIM-coördinator zoeken we iemand met:

  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring met Revit en BIM binnen de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring met het opmaken en beheren van BIM-modellen vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook vlot samenwerken binnen een gespecialiseerd team.
  • Maturiteit om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en projecten gestructureerd aan te pakken.
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid en interesse om BIM-processen verder te optimaliseren.
