Je zorgt dat alle disciplines efficiënt samenwerken binnen BIM-projecten. Een rol waarin je techniek, overzicht en communicatie combineert. Wat ga je doen? Als BIM Coördinator Bouwkundig Adviesbureau werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het volledige BIM-proces en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen volgens de juiste standaarden en afspraken werken. Daarbij beheer je BIM-modellen en bewaak je de kwaliteit, structuur en informatiestromen binnen het model. Je stemt continu af met modelleurs, engineers en externe stakeholders, zodat alle disciplines goed op elkaar aansluiten. Door jouw overzicht worden fouten vroegtijdig gesignaleerd en opgelost. Je voert clashcontroles uit en analyseert modellen om technische knelpunten te voorkomen. Daarnaast zorg je dat alle data in het model correct, compleet en bruikbaar is voor de volgende fases in het bouwproces. Je stelt BIM-protocollen en richtlijnen op en zorgt dat deze worden nageleefd binnen projecten. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van werkprocessen door BIM slimmer en efficiënter in te zetten. Verder ondersteun je projectteams met jouw technische kennis en adviseer je over de inzet van BIM-tools zoals Revit, Navisworks en Solibri. Je begeleidt modelleurs in hun werkzaamheden en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het project.
