Over de organisatie

Deze klasse 8 aannemer is een zeer sterke speler op onze Vlaamse bouwmarkt. Ze mikken vaak op complexe nieuwbouw- of renovatieprojecten klasse 8, maar wisselen af met grote projecten die wat meer rechttoe rechtaan zijn. Ze onderscheiden zich op vlak van digitalisering, flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid van hun medewerkers. Om de nieuwe keuken en polyvalente ruimte te creëren werd bijvoorbeeld intern een wedstrijd georganiseerd met verschillende teams voor een leuk ontwerp.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Je bent in deze rol verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en opvolgen van een BIM-model
  • Vanuit je model haal je uitvoeringstekeningen en montageplannen
  • Je verricht tests: interference checks en clash controls
  • Je implementeert het BIM-protocol op projectniveau - modelleerregels uiteenzetten, frequentie bepalen, kwaliteit bewaken, enz.
  • Je assisteert het werfteam met alle BIM gerelateerde items zoals het uitwerken van vorderstaten, opvolgen van hoeveelheden en as-built opmaak
  • Je communiceert met studie- en architectenbureau en projectleiding intern
  • Je draagt bij aan de standaardisatie van BIM-proces
  • Er is ruimte voor initiatief op vlak van BIM-ontwikkelingen, kwaliteitsverbetering en kennisdeling

Jouw profiel

  • We zoeken voor deze functie een bouwkundig ingenieur (Ingenieur Bouwkunde, Ingenieur-Architect, enz.)
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis en inzicht in BIM-software
  • Kennis van het bouwproces is belangrijk, want je bouwt in een virtuele wereld effectief wat later in het echt zal gebouwd worden
  • Kennis Revit is een serieus pluspunt, maar het kan ook een ander BIM-programma of een basiskennis zijn - dan leren de collega's je wel de kneepjes van het vak
  • Goed ruimtelijk inzicht en oog voor detail zijn belangrijke eigenschappen van een goeie BIM-ingenieur
