In deze functie werk je bouwkundige ontwerpen uit tot gedetailleerde 2D- en 3D-modellen. Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat modellen en werktekeningen technisch kloppen en aansluiten bij de uitvoering. Je werkt daarbij niet alleen achter je computer. Je denkt mee over bouwkundige vraagstukken, verwerkt ontwerpen van externe partijen en controleert of het model daadwerkelijk aansluit op wat er buiten wordt gebouwd. Wat ga je doen? Als BIM Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwkundig uitwerken van ontwerpen en het vertalen van technische vraagstukken naar een goed uitvoerbaar BIM-model. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitwerken van bouwkundige ontwerpen naar 2D- en 3D-BIM-modellen. - Modelleren van utiliteitsbouw, publieke ruimtes en unieke woningbouwprojecten. - Vertalen van bouwkundige uitdagingen naar praktische oplossingen in het BIM-model. - Maken en uitwerken van geschikte werktekeningen. - Controleren of modellen en tekeningen aansluiten bij de daadwerkelijke uitvoering. - Controleren en verwerken van ontwerpen en modellen van externe partijen. - Signaleren van technische knelpunten en deze oplossen voordat ze problemen in de uitvoering veroorzaken. - Meedenken over de technische uitwerking en maakbaarheid van projecten. - Bewaken van de nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit van modellen en tekeningen. - Samenwerken met collega's en andere betrokken partijen om tot een goed uitvoerbaar ontwerp te komen.
