Klaar om je ervaring in BIM verder uit te bouwen en meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen projecten? In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om niet alleen te modelleren, maar ook actief bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van processen en collega's. Je werkt aan het digitaliseren en vernieuwen van technische installaties door bestaande situaties om te zetten naar slimme, bruikbare 3D-modellen. Op basis van scan-data bouw je nauwkeurige digitale representaties, die vervolgens dienen als fundament voor herontwerpen en uitvoering. Automatisering speelt hierbij een grote rol, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van tools om ontwerpen efficiënt te genereren en waar nodig zelf verfijnt. Naast het modelleren ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en consistentie van de output. Je controleert of tekeningen en documentatie voldoen aan geldende richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch kloppen tot in detail. Je bewaakt de standaarden binnen het team en denkt actief mee over hoe werkwijzen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je hebt een centrale rol in de samenwerking met verschillende disciplines en neemt deel aan afstemmomenten waarin ontwerpen worden beoordeeld en verbeterd. Afwijkingen signaleer je tijdig en je zorgt ervoor dat deze worden vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Tegelijkertijd lever je een bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van gebruikte tools en bouw je mee aan een consistente digitale werkomgeving. Binnen het team fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor minder ervaren collega's en begeleid je hen in hun ontwikkeling. Je deelt kennis, biedt ondersteuning en helpt om het niveau van het team als geheel te verhogen.
