Als BIM-modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Uitwerken van bouwkundige projecten in Revit, met aandacht voor een correcte en overzichtelijke 3D-modellering.
  • Opmaken van technische plannen en details die gebruikt worden tijdens de verdere voorbereiding en uitvoering.
  • Samenwerken met ingenieurs en andere tekenaars om technische informatie correct in het model te verwerken.
  • Voorbereiden van onder meer bekistings- en wapeningsplannen binnen uiteenlopende bouwprojecten.
  • Technische gegevens vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en waar nodig modellen verder verfijnen.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring kan het takenpakket aangevuld worden met werfbezoeken of technische controles.

Profiel

Als BIM-modelleur sluit jouw profiel aan bij de volgende punten:

  • Een bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting of relevante praktijkervaring vormt een goede basis voor deze functie.
  • Goede kennis van Revit is belangrijk om zelfstandig met BIM-modellen aan de slag te kunnen.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD is mooi meegenomen, maar hoeft niet jouw belangrijkste specialisatie te zijn.
  • Sterk bouwtechnisch inzicht en interesse in de manier waarop gebouwen worden opgebouwd zijn essentieel.
