Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar de praktijk, stemt af met collega's en past modellen aan op de bouwlocatie. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt vóór de eerste buis wordt gelegd. Zo breng je techniek tot leven. Het kan er nog zo goed uit zien, jij weet dat het werkbaar moet zijn voor de monteurs. Als BIM modelleur werk je aan verschillende projecten. Bijvoorbeeld de modellen maken voor de luchtbehandelingskasten op een ziekenhuis of de technische ruimte in een sportcomplex. Twee totaal verschillende projecten! En daar mag jij je helemaal in uitleven als resultaatgerichte BIM modelleur. Je bent dan onder andere bezig met het: Maken van BIM modellen in Revit aan de hand van het ontwerp van je collega-engineer. Overleggen met collega's en aannemers, om te zorgen dat het ontwerp en de uitvoering op 1 lijn liggen. Controleren of jouw model aansluit bij het werk van de monteurs tijdens de bouwfase. Oplossen van eventuele knelpunten tijdens de bouwfase. Is jouw project afgerond? Yes! Dat gaan we uitgebreid vieren tijdens een gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel.
