In deze rol werk je aan uitdagende utiliteitsprojecten waarin jouw technische inzicht direct zichtbaar wordt in het eindresultaat. Je krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken, slimme keuzes te maken en samen met collega's kwaliteit neer te zetten. - Je modelleert complexe E/W-installaties op BIM Level 2. - Je werkt tekeningen en modellen uit tot een betrouwbaar en overzichtelijk geheel. - Je stemt af met projectteams en andere disciplines om raakvlakken vroeg te signaleren. - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en detailniveau in elke projectfase. - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in het modelleerproces en de samenwerking. Functie-eisen Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring met tekenen en ontwerpen in de installatietechniek en weet hoe je technische informatie zorgvuldig omzet naar een praktisch BIM-model. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt het einddoel scherp in beeld en schakelt vlot tussen detail en overzicht. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als BIM Modelleur, tekenaar of ontwerper binnen installatietechniek. - Ervaring met complexe E/W-installaties en BIM Level 2. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt onderbouwde beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is. - Je bent bekend met SharePoint en digitale samenwerkingsomgevingen. - Je werkt resultaatgericht, denkt in oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan samenwerking.
