Van moderne kantoorpanden tot apartementencomplexen: geen project is hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om mee te denken over slimme BIM-oplossingen, gebruik van AI en bouwkundige optimalisaties. Wat ga je doen? Als BIM Modelleur werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan diverse bouwkundige projecten, zoals utiliteitsbouw, transformaties en complexe constructieve vraagstukken. Je vertaalt ontwerpen en constructieve berekeningen naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen in Revit. Daarbij houd je rekening met uitvoerbaarheid, detaillering en veiligheid. Ook controleer je modellen op kwaliteit en consistentie binnen het BIM-proces. Je schakelt regelmatig met constructeurs, projectleiders en andere modelleurs om projecten technisch sterk uit te werken. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over ontwikkelingen van AI, modelchecks en innovatieve BIM-oplossingen. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting BIM-specialist of een meer coördinerende rol. Door de afwisseling in projecten, technieken en opdrachtgevers blijf je jezelf continu uitdagen binnen de bouwkundige sector.
