Wat ga je doen als Commercieel Binnendienstmedewerker? Als binnendienstmedewerker speel je een cruciale rol in het aan- en verkoopproces van onze cliënten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden binnen het binnendienstteam zijn onder andere: - Inkomende en uitgaande telefoongesprekken afhandelen met cliënten, collega-makelaars, hypotheekadviseurs en notarissen. - Beheren van e-mailcorrespondentie en andere administratieve taken. - Behandelen van aan- en verkoopdossiers. - Afspraken plannen voor onze makelaars. - Verzorgen van standaardmailcorrespondentie. - Uitvoeren van overige administratieve werkzaamheden. Wat zijn je doorgroeimogelijkheden? - Bij gebleken geschiktheid behoort doorgroei naar een buitendienstfunctie tot de mogelijkheden, enkele voorgangers in deze functie hebben deze groei daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand met: - Enkele jaren werkervaring is welkom, maar niet vereist. - HAVO/MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en redelijke beheersing van het Engels. - Een klantvriendelijke instelling en uitstekende telefoonstem. - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen. - Een proactieve houding en een echte teamspeler.
