Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, doorpakt en graag oplossingen vindt? Bij BIRD GROUP zoeken we een administratief medewerker die zorgt dat onze administratie en dagelijkse ondersteuning op orde zijn.

Wij zijn gevestigd aan de Oberonweg 278 in Spijkenisse.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnenkomende facturen controleren en verwerken. Brandstofoverzichten controleren en afwijkingen signaleren. Gegevens bijhouden en verwerken in Excel. Roosters maken en de planning doorsturen. Bijhouden wanneer contracten aflopen en op tijd aangeven wanneer actie nodig is. Het rijgedrag van onze chauffeurs controleren en bijzonderheden bespreken.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt goed met Excel overweg en pakt zelfstandig taken op. Je bent doortastend en denkt in oplossingen. Klopt er iets niet of ontbreekt er informatie? Dan zoek je het uit en zorg je dat het wordt opgevolgd.

Wat bieden wij?

Een salaris van 19,50 euro bruto per uur. 20 uur per week, verdeeld over vijf dagen van vier uur. De mogelijkheid om twee dagen per week thuis te werken. Afwisselend werk met eigen verantwoordelijkheid en contact met ons team.

Bij BIRD GROUP in Spijkenisse kom je terecht in een klein en informeel team. We werken met z'n drieen op kantoor en zijn ook vrienden van elkaar. We houden van korte lijnen, helpen elkaar en er is ruimte voor gezelligheid. Een keer per week sluiten we samen af met een borrel op kantoor.

We zoeken een administratief medewerker die overzicht houdt, zelfstandig werkt en doorpakt. Je controleert facturen en brandstofoverzichten, verwerkt gegevens in Excel, maakt roosters en stuurt de planning door. Ook bewaak je de einddata van contracten en controleer je gegevens over het rijgedrag van onze chauffeurs. Zie je iets wat niet klopt? Dan zoek je het uit en denk je mee over een oplossing.

Je werkt 20 uur per week, verdeeld over vijf dagen van vier uur, voor 19,50 euro bruto per uur. Thuiswerken is mogelijk en we zijn flexibel: geef aan wat je nodig hebt, dan kijken we samen wat past bij jou en het werk.
