Daarnaast is er veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling van jezelf en wordt er bewust gewerkt aan een toekomstgerichte en duurzame bedrijfsvoering. Als Bloembind(st)er maak je deel uit van een team van 14 collega's en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een verzorgde, inspirerende en goed georganiseerde snijbloemenafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten niet alleen een mooi boeket meenemen, maar ook een fijne winkelervaring hebben. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het adviseren en helpen van klanten aan de bloemenbalie; - Het samenstellen van boeketten, rouw- en feestarrangementen en zijdecreaties; - Het verwerken, controleren en verzorgen van binnenkomende snijbloemen; - Het maken van boeketten en arrangementen voor de winkelvoorraad; - Het bijdragen aan een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de afdeling. Er is volop ruimte voor eigen creativiteit en inbreng. Jouw ideeën en vakkennis maken écht het verschil.
