Voor een familiaal bedrijf in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een AZ Boekhouder.

Ben jij een boekhouder die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en energie haalt uit een brede functie met impact? In deze rol krijg je de kans om de volledige boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen mee in goede banen te leiden en uit te groeien tot een belangrijke sparringpartner van de directie. Je komt terecht in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar initiatief, betrokkenheid en een hands-on mentaliteit gewaardeerd worden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Boekhouder A tot Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen verschillende vennootschappen:

  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Inboeken van financiële verrichtingen
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersboekhouding
  • Voorbereiden van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale aangiftes
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en debiteurenbeheer
  • Assisteren bij audits en financiële rapporteringen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor financiële dossiers en rapporteren aan de directie
  • Meedenken over de optimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële processen
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen de financiële afdeling

Must haves

  • Je beschikt minstens over een Bachelor Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding
  • Goede kennis van de Belgische btw-regelgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
  • Je bent proactief ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar bent eveneens een teamspeler

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van Navision
  • Kennis van Frans en of Engels
  • Ervaring binnen een KMO met meerdere vennootschappen
