Taken

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Coderen en administratief verwerken van boekhoudkundige documenten.
  • Opvolgen van klant- en leveranciersdossiers.
  • Uitvoeren van bankafstemmingen en controleren van financiële transacties.
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale en administratieve aangiftes.
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse financiële administratie.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte administratieve flow te garanderen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere administratieve processen.
  • Graduaat Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Affiniteit met cijfers en financiële administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Excel.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een meerwaarde.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en werkt vlot binnen een gevarieerde werkomgeving.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
