Jobomschrijving

Als boekhoudkundig bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verschillende boekhoudkundige taken en het ondersteunen van de financiële afdeling. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

Het invoeren, controleren en verwerken van financiële gegevens in de boekhoudsystemen.

  • Het opstellen en controleren van facturen, betalingen en bankafschriften.
  • Het beheren van crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie.
  • Het voorbereiden van financiële rapporten, overzichten en analyses.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en klanten met betrekking tot financiële zaken.
  • Het naleven van relevante boekhoudkundige richtlijnen en wet- en regelgeving.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als boekhoudkundig bediende zoeken we volgend profiel:

  • Een bachelordiploma in boekhouding, financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Bewezen ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie. Grondige kennis van boekhoudprincipes en -procedures.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en MS Office-toepassingen, zoals Excel.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken gelijktijdig uit te voeren.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Teamgeest en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met collega's.
