Jouw werk als Boswachter Ecologie Als Boswachter Ecologie ben jij dé ecologische autoriteit binnen het team. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen beleid en praktijk en weet anderen mee te nemen in jouw ecologische visie. Wat je gaat doen: - Je bewaakt de beheercyclus, stuurt op de planning van en initieert gebiedsvisies en kwaliteitstoetsen. Je organiseert monitoring, zowel met vrijwilligers als via externe bureaus. - Je initieert verbeteringen van de natuurkwaliteit door ecologisch onderzoek, nieuwsgierigheid, externe lobby en het ontwikkelen van projectvoorstellen. - Je geeft ecologisch advies: Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd over natuurbeheer en ondersteunt collega's bij communicatie, natuurbeleving en beleidsprocessen. - Je levert inhoudelijke expertise aan projecten gericht op natuurherstel, -versterking en -ontwikkeling en maakt analyses ter onderbouwing. - Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering van beleid, zoals Natura 2000, KRW, het Natuurbeheerplan en ontwikkelingen rondom Nationaal Park Nieuw land. - Je onderhoudt contacten met overheden, onderzoeksinstellingen, terreinbeheerders en onderzoekers en bouwt actief aan een relevant netwerk en sterke samenwerkingen.
