Voor Nationaal Coördinator Groningen (NCG) zijn wij op zoek naar een bouwbegeleider die een belangrijke rol gaat spelen binnen de versterkingsoperatie in het aardbevingsgebied. Jij toetst plannen en rapportages op kwaliteit, helderheid en uitvoerbaarheid met aandacht voor zowel techniek als de mensen die het aangaat. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? Binnen het programma Dorpenaanpak worden per adres seismische beoordelingen gemaakt, uitgewerkt in versterkingsplannen. Jij beoordeelt deze plannen op: - Volledigheid, structuur en juistheid van rapporten; - Begrijpelijkheid voor bewoners; - Praktische toepasbaarheid voor aannemers (calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering); - Juist taalgebruik (grammatica/spelling). Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat de plannen uitvoerbaar én begrijpelijk zijn, voor zowel bewoners als uitvoerende partijen. Wat is je achtergrond? Functie-eisen: - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de bouw (bijvoorbeeld als werkvoorbereider, technisch tekenaar of projectontwikkelaar); - Kennis van projectmanagement en programmamanagement; - Ervaring met het toelichten van technische adviezen en rapporten; - Ervaring met voorlichting rond kwaliteitsborging is een pré.
