Bouwinspecteur Totaal in te vullen aantal uren per week: 48 uur. Jouw werk Als bouwinspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig toezien op naleving en handhaven van omgevingsvergunningen, uitvoeren van de controle, de inspectie en naleving van de Omgevingswet gerelateerde wet- en regelgeving, verstrekken van ontheffingen en het zo nodig inzetten en toepassen van handhavingsinstrumenten. De bouwinspecteur heeft te maken met tegengestelde belangen en neemt de juiste beslissingen in het behalen van resultaten met name op het terrein van de handhaving en veiligheid. Daarnaast ga je samen met collega's uit het team VTH aan de slag met prioriteringsmatrix. Deeltaken Toezicht op de naleving van diverse (omgevings)vergunningen - Uitoefenen van toezicht op en beoordelen van werken waarvoor bouwtechnisch (omgevings)vergunningen zijn afgegeven; - Controleren van inrichtingen op vereisten vanuit bouw-, brand- en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Toezien op de naleving van beschikkingen, toezicht op het gebruik van gebouwen en gronden.
