In deze rol krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen diverse functies in de bouwsector. Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en expertise, kun je aan de slag in een van de volgende functies:

  • Werfleider: Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Projectingenieur: Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij de technische voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten, en werkt oplossingen uit voor technische uitdagingen.
  • Architect: Je ontwerpt en ontwikkelt bouwprojecten die voldoen aan de wensen van de klant, met oog voor detail en functionaliteit.
  • Calculator: Je berekent nauwkeurig de kosten van projecten en stelt gedetailleerde offertes op, waarbij je prijsaanvragen en onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers beheert.
  • Werkvoorbereider: Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op de werf tot in de puntjes voorbereid is, van materialen tot personeelsplanning, zodat het werk zonder problemen verloopt.
  • Bouwkundig tekenaar: Je maakt technische tekeningen en plannen, gebaseerd op de specificaties van het project, die vervolgens als basis dienen voor de uitvoering.
  • Landmeter: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig in kaart brengen van bouwterreinen, zodat projecten correct worden uitgelijnd en uitgevoerd.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Bouwkunde, Architectuur, of een aanverwante richting. Dit is jouw stevige basis om te groeien in de sector.
  • Je bent gedreven, leergierig en hebt een duidelijke ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een professionele omgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken met collega's, onderaannemers en klanten. Teamwork staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel.
  • Probleemoplossend denken is jouw tweede natuur. Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail, waardoor je altijd naar de beste oplossingen zoekt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt meerdere taken tegelijk aan zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste. We staan open voor zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met een eerste relevante werkervaring.
