Als Bouwkundig Adviseur onderzoek je gebouwen en vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar praktisch advies. Zo werk je aan uiteenlopende bouwkundige vraagstukken en zie je direct wat jouw advies oplevert. Wat ga je doen? Als Bouwkundig Adviseur houd je je voor onze opdrachtgever bezig met het onderzoeken en beoordelen van bestaande gebouwen. Je voert bouwkundige inspecties uit en brengt de technische staat van panden en verschillende bouwdelen duidelijk in kaart. Daarbij kijk je onder andere naar constructies, gevels, daken, materialen en mogelijke gebreken. Je verwerkt jouw bevindingen in heldere inspectierapporten en geeft praktisch advies over onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming. Ook denk je mee over passende oplossingen die technisch én financieel haalbaar zijn. Tijdens projecten heb je contact met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere bouwkundige specialisten. Je bespreekt technische vraagstukken, bewaakt de kwaliteit en controleert of werkzaamheden volgens afspraken, tekeningen en geldende normen worden uitgevoerd. Waar nodig bezoek je projecten op locatie om de situatie zelf te beoordelen. Met jouw bouwkundig inzicht herken je risico's en verbeterpunten op tijd. Hierdoor ontwikkel je brede kennis van bouwtechniek, inspectie, onderhoud en vastgoedadvies.
