Over het werk Als bouwkundig adviseur in Haarlem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren, ontwerpen en realiseren van woningaanpassingen bij mensen thuis. Je analyseert de woonsituatie, vertaalt wensen en behoeften naar praktische oplossingen en stelt ontwerpen, calculaties en projectplanningen op. Daarnaast bepaal je welke materialen en vakmensen nodig zijn om de aanpassingen succesvol uit te voeren. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's en bewaakt gedurende het hele traject de kwaliteit, voortgang en klanttevredenheid. Deze functie biedt flexibiliteit: je kunt zowel fulltime als parttime aan de slag, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. Bovendien krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen, opleidingen en doorgroeikansen binnen het vakgebied. Het betreft een functie voor onbepaalde tijd, waardoor je kunt rekenen op stabiliteit en toekomstperspectief. Je begint je werkdag met het doornemen van de planning en de voorbereiding van je huisbezoeken. Vervolgens bezoek je cliënten om hun woonsituatie in kaart te brengen en te beoordelen welke aanpassingen nodig zijn. Na afloop werk je je bevindingen uit in een passend advies en stem je de vervolgstappen af met collega's, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele proces: van inventarisatie en advies tot uitvoering en oplevering. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde en combineer je technische expertise met persoonlijk contact.
