Als Bouwkundig BIM Modelleur ben jij de spil in het digitale bouwproces. Jij vertaalt architectonische ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen die de basis vormen voor de realisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs en projectleiders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle disciplines perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Jouw modellen zijn niet alleen visueel sterk, maar ook technisch tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt. Je denkt mee over bouwbaarheid, materialenkeuze en efficiënte uitvoering. Door de integrale aanpak van de organisatie zie je jouw werk ook daadwerkelijk tot leven komen op de bouwplaats. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het ontwikkelen en beheren van bouwkundige BIM-modellen in Revit voor diverse projecten; - Samenwerken met architecten en engineers om ontwerpkeuzes te optimaliseren; - Uitvoeren van clash-detecties en coördineren tussen verschillende disciplines; - Opstellen van tekeningen, details en hoeveelhedenlijsten uit het BIM-model; - Adviseren over BIM-werkprocessen en bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van het team; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoering met actuele modelinformatie en werktekeningen.
