We bieden je een leerzame omgeving waarin je volop mogelijkheden krijgt om door te groeien. Bedrijfsinformatie De opdrachtgever betreft een van de grootste architectenbureaus van Nederland. En werkt aan uiteenlopende opdrachten in binnen- en buitenland. Denk hierbij aan de gezondheidszorg of zakelijk vastgoed. De organisatie biedt een volledige service aan van ontwerp tot bouwvoorbereiding en zelfs de uitvoering. Samen met professionals lopen ze voorop op het gebied van technisch ontwerp en BIM. Wat leidt tot een perfect eindresultaat. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde MBO4 of HBO Bouwkunde - Een echte teamspeler - Ambitie om door te groeien tot een echte BIM-expert - Kennis en ervaring met Revit - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Leergierig Arbeidsvoorwaarden We bieden een functie als Bouwkundig Revit Modelleur in een no-nonsense werkomgeving. Binnen de organisatie zijn er uitstekende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en ze bieden een schitterende werkplek aan. De CAO van architecten wordt gehanteerd. - Een salaris tussen de €3.250 - €5.000 afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Een opleidingsbudget van €1250,-; - Reiskosten- of thuiswerkvergoeding; - Direct pensioenopbouw; - Een keer per week een uitgebreid verzorgde lunch tijdens projectbesprekingen; - Mogelijkheid om 1 of 2 dagen vanuit huis te werken (afhankelijk van functie).
