Dat vraagt een actiegerichte en flexibele houding van jou als expert. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ter plaatse inventariseren van de schade en het opstellen van het schaderapport. Hierin staat het door jou vastgestelde schadebedrag. Je stelt schades vast voor verschillende labels van Achmea. Het gaat om complexe bouwkundige schades, zoals diefstal-, lekkage-, hagel-, brand- en stormschade. Dat doen wij door het hele land. De bezoeken plan je zelf in vanuit huis binnen jouw eigen regio. Jouw doel is de gedupeerde ondernemer en in sommige gevallen een particuliere verzekerde adequaat te helpen. Of het nu gaat om een productiebedrijf dat na een brand stilligt, een agrarisch bedrijf met omvangrijke stormschade of een bedrijfspand met grote waterschade: jij brengt overzicht in een vaak impactvolle situatie. Je combineert bouwkundige expertise met regie, stakeholdermanagement en besluitvorming. Daarbij werk je samen met ondernemers, contra-experts, herstelbedrijven, schadebehandelaars en andere betrokken partijen om tot een juiste schadevaststelling en hersteloplossing te komen. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent de regisseur als het gaat om het vaststellen en herstellen van de schade. Je schakelt daarbij de juiste partijen in, zoals bouw- en herstelbedrijven, contra-experts en interne collega's. - Je stelt complexe bouwkundige schades vast voor verschillende Achmea-labels en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar een helder schaderapport. - Je maakt gedegen plannen van aanpak met afspraken over tijdsplanning en tarieven om tot een juiste schadevaststelling en herstel te komen. - Bij complexe schades werk je nauw samen met ...
