Vacaturebeschrijving Jouw bouwkundige kennis vormt de basis voor goed onderhoud en veilige gebouwen. Als bouwkundig inspecteur in regio Groningen inspecteer je panden, leg je bevindingen vast en geef je opdrachtgevers praktisch advies. Als bouwkundig inspecteur ben jij regelmatig op locatie om gebouwen te beoordelen. Je brengt de bouwkundige staat nauwkeurig in kaart, signaleert gebreken en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar heldere rapportages en praktische adviezen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inspecteren van gebouwen en beoordelen van de bouwkundige staat - Signaleren, vastleggen en classificeren van gebreken en schades - Opstellen van duidelijke inspectierapportages - Adviseren over onderhouds- en herstelmaatregelen - Toelichten van rapportages en adviezen aan opdrachtgevers

Dit krijg je - Brutosalaris van € 4.000,- tot € 8.000,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Direct op contract bij de werkgever - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens de regeling van de opdrachtgever - Fulltime functie van 36 tot 40 uur per week - Werken binnen een specialistische organisatie met veel vakkennis - Zelfstandige functie met veel afwisseling

Over de werkgever Je gaat aan de slag bij een landelijke organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in bouwkundige inspecties, NEN 2767-conditiemetingen en meerjarenonderhoudsplanningen. Vanuit het kantoor in Leek werk je samen met een deskundig team. Binnen de organisatie zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig en professioneel te werken.

Werktijden Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tijdens dagdiensten.
