Bouwkundig modelleur Onze klant is een architectenbureau met een brede en gevarieerde orderportefeuille. De organisatie werkt aan particuliere nieuw- en verbouwprojecten, appartementencomplexen, herontwikkelingen, bedrijfsgebouwen en stedenbouwkundige vraagstukken. Voor de versterking van het team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven (junior) BIM Modelleur / Technisch Tekenaar. In deze rol werk je minimaal 36 uur per week mee aan diverse projecten en vertaal je ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige BIM-modellen en bouwkundige tekeningen. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? - MBO en/of HBO opleiding Bouwkunde en enkele jaren ervaring; - bij voorkeur kennis van Archicad (Revit mag ook); - kennis van Adobe-programma's (o.a. Photoshop en Acrobat); - Je bent gedreven en enthousiast, een teamplayer, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken; - Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 36 uur per week Het eerste jaar kom je in dienst bij Acutec, Onze opdrachtgever heeft de nadrukkelijke intentie om bij een goede wederzijdse 'klik' direct aansluitend op een periode van detachering de arbeidsrelatie rechtstreeks aan te gaan. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn o.a.: - marktconform salaris zoals bij de opdrachtgever volgens de CAO Architectenbureaus SFA; - een afwisselende functie binnen een architectenbureau met een brede variatie aan projecten; - werken in een enthousiast en betrokken team - veel ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in ArchiCAD, BIM en bouwkundig tekenwerk; - pensioen; - 8,33 % vakantiegeld Wie zijn wij? Acutec detacheert ingenieurs en engineers binnen elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, ondergrondse infra, bouwkunde & civiel. We werken op basis van Deta-Vast. Dit houdt in dat je voor één jaar bij ons in dienst komt en hierna ga je over in dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever.
