Als bouwkundig modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en coördineren van bouwkundige modellen binnen BIM voor diverse nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar technisch correcte en uitvoerbare 3D-modellen en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie in het model volledig, actueel en goed afgestemd is tussen verschillende disciplines. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams, waaronder engineers, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders, en stemt af met adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over praktische en realiseerbare oplossingen. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en technisch inzicht vormen de modellen een solide basis voor een soepele uitvoering van het project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Uitgebreide kennis van regelgeving, bouwtechniek, bouwfysica en constructies - Bekendheid met het schakelen tussen opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en overheden - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde of vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met Archicad is een pré, bereidheid om het te leren is vereist - Ruime relevante werkervaring in de bouwkundige sector - Woonachtig in Nederland - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen Functieoverzicht .
