Dan is dit jouw kans om deel uit te maken van een allround bureau waarin ontwerp, engineering en uitvoering nauw met elkaar verweven zijn. Als Bouwkundig tekenaar werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten, van individuele woonhuizen tot stedenbouwkundige visies, en van openbare gebouwen tot woon- en kantoortorens. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere het modelleren in Revit, bouwkundige detaillering, het beheren van Revit-families en bibliotheken, en het opstellen van vergunningstekeningen en bouwaanvragen. Naast technische vaardigheden wordt een empathische en kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak gewaardeerd, zodat je samen met het team tot uitstekende resultaten komt. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschik je over 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en heb je al bewezen een essentiële bijdrage te leveren aan bouwkundige projecten. Vereisten voor de rol omvatten: - Gedegen kennis van BIM-protocollen en standaarden. - Bekwaamheid in het werken met Revit en het lezen van tekeningen. - Ervaring met bouwkundige detaillering en productietekeningen. - Het vermogen om te werken met point clouds en 3D-scans van bestaande bouw. - Een passie voor nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en resultaatgericht denken.
