Denk hierbij aan kantoren, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen, moderne retailomgevingen, woningen en appartementengebouwen. Oftewel veel diversiteit in soorten project waarbij je ondersteuning biedt bij het schetsontwerp tot en met het volledige uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp. Je bent hierbij de schakel tussen opdrachtgever, architect en aannemer. Begeleiding en efficiënt verloop van het bouwproces staat hierbij ook centraal. Je bent naast Tekenaar ook adviseur en je denkt oplossingsgericht. Het vertalen van het ontwerp naar een technisch kloppend bouwkundig plan staat centraal binnen jouw werkzaamheden. Bedrijfsinformatie Onze opdrachtgever is een middelgroot bouwkundig advies- en tekenbureau met ruim 25 jaar ervaring in binnen- en buitenland. Ze bieden ondersteuning op de technische uitwerking en coördinatie van bouwprojecten op verschillende niveaus. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar een Modelleur / Tekenaar met meerdere jaren ervaring voor het zelfstandig en in teamverband uitwerken van (middel-) grote projecten. Heb jij een een MBO diploma maar wel veel ervaring, dan is dat uiteraard ook mogelijk! We gaan er vanuit dat je als Modelleur: - een passie hebt voor architectuur en een hart voor bouwkunde; - veel ervaring en kennis hebt in/met Revit; - affiniteit hebt met plug-ins voor de tekenpakketten zoals Dynamo; - je proactief opstelt en verantwoordelijk draagt binnen het team en jouw (teken)werk.
