Sinds 1999 realiseert dit bedrijf uiteenlopende projecten op het gebied van wonen, werken en winkelen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle uitvoering van het aan jou toegewezen project. Als spil van het uitvoeringsteam draag jij zorg voor het opstellen en naleven van de planningen en coördineer jij de afroep van het bouwpersoneel, materieel, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Samen met je collega projectleider woon je projectoverleggen en bouwvergaderingen bij en weet jij de opdrachtgever en/of bouwdirectie te informeren over de voortgang en kwaliteit van het project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je kan projecten soepel laten verlopen en zorgt voor strakke planning en organisatie; - Bewustzijn van projectkosten en het behouden van kostenoverzicht; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden- Stressbestendigheid- Zelfstandigheid- Oplossingsgerichte houding- Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder in woning- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten met uitgevoerde projecten van circa €1 miljoen tot €5 miljoen Functieoverzicht .
