In deze XL GAMMA vestiging in Rotterdam ben je als Bouwmarktmanager eindverantwoordelijk voor een complexe en grootschalige operatie. Met een team van rond de 50 collega's en meerdere afdelingsverantwoordelijken stuur jij op resultaat, klanttevredenheid én teamontwikkeling. - een strategisch leidinggevende rol met veel autonomie; - bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.000 en € 4.500 (o.b.v. 38 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring; - een jaarlijkse bonus en toeslagen bij werken op zon- en feestdagen; - ruimte om samen met jouw team écht verschil te maken binnen de organisatie; - een flexibel rooster van 38 uur per week, afgestemd met jouw assistent filiaalmanager(s); - 20% personeelskorting op al je aankopen bij GAMMA; - toegang tot leiderschapsprogramma's via de GAMMA Academie; - kansen om door te groeien binnen Intergamma of naar regiobrede verantwoordelijkheden.
