Als bouwprojectmanager ben jij de spil in het bouwproces. Je treedt op als gedelegeerd opdrachtgever en regisseur van diverse bouwprojecten, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het hele traject: van de eerste haalbaarheidsfase tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering. Jouw doel? De opdrachtgever volledig ontzorgen en ervoor zorgen dat elk project binnen budget, planning en kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt aan uitdagende en afwisselende projecten in verschillende sectoren. De ene week begeleid je de renovatie van een onderwijsgebouw, de volgende week stuur je aan op de nieuwbouw van een zorginstelling of de transformatie van een kantoorpand. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen: van architecten en aannemers tot installateurs en de opdrachtgever zelf. Jouw ervaring en overzicht zorgen ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit en het project soepel verloopt. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen. Het bureau investeert in zijn medewerkers en biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden. Denk aan het oppakken van grotere en complexere projecten, het ontwikkelen van specialistische kennis op specifieke gebieden zoals duurzaamheid of circulair bouwen, of het doorgroeien naar een rol als senior projectmanager of adviseur. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en jouw carrière naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Aansturen en coördineren van bouwprojecten van A tot Z; - Bewaken van budget, planning en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als schakel tussen opdrachtgever, architect, aannemer en andere betrokken partijen; - Organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen en voortgangsoverleggen; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over technische en organisatorische vraagstukken; - Opstellen van rapportages en voortgangsdocumentatie; - Signaleren van risico's en pr
