Bij Brand-Butler werk je mee aan creatieve en op maat gemaakte merchandise voor gerenommeerde merken zoals Levi's, Philips, Kenzo en Fanta. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Hulst zorg jij ervoor dat aanvragen, offertes en klantvragen soepel worden opgevolgd. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's en draagt bij aan een uitstekende klantbeleving.

Vanwege verdere groei zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die ons team vanaf 1 september komt versterken als Sales Support Medewerker.

Brand-Butler is sinds 2007 gespecialiseerd in promotionele artikelen, premiums en merchandise. Voor multinationale organisaties in heel Europa ontwikkelen en leveren wij creatieve productmedia-oplossingen op maat. Van conceptontwikkeling en product sourcing tot wereldwijde logistiek: wij nemen het volledige traject uit handen.

Met vestigingen in Nederland, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk combineren wij internationale slagkracht met een persoonlijke aanpak. Als Sales Support Medewerker werk je nauw samen met één van de eigenaren en ondersteun je het commerciële proces van A tot Z. Je schakelt snel, houdt overzicht en denkt altijd in oplossingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het opvolgen van offerteaanvragen en het onderhouden van contact met klanten. • Het samenstellen van inspirerende productvoorstellen en presentaties. • Telefonisch en per e-mail communiceren met klanten en leveranciers. • Het signaleren van trends, nieuwe producten en marktontwikkelingen. • Het bezoeken van (internationale) vakbeurzen. • Het verwerken en bewaken van administratieve en commerciële gegevens. • Het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces en het bewaken van deadlines.
