Jouw uitdaging

Als Brand Marketeer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de marketingstrategie en -uitvoering van één of meerdere automerken binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk merk op een consistente, creatieve en commerciële manier in de markt wordt gezet. Je vertaalt de merkidentiteit naar krachtige campagnes en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners.

Je houdt voortdurend de markttrends, concurrentie en klantbehoeften in de gaten en weet deze inzichten om te zetten in succesvolle marketinginitiatieven die bijdragen aan onze commerciële doelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en coördineert nationale & lokale marketingcampagnes in lijn met de richtlijnen van de constructeur.
  • Je stelt marketingplannen op en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering.
  • Je beheert het marketingbudget en bewaakt de ROI van campagnes.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten van campagnes en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales-, After Sales- en constructeur om commerciële acties succesvol uit te rollen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij evenementen, productlanceringen, opendeurdagen en andere marketingactiviteiten.
  • Je beheert in samenwerking met Digital Marketing de online en offlinecommunicatie van jouw merken.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met marketingbureaus, media en andere externe partners.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste marketingtrends en digitale ontwikkelingen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete opportuniteiten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een marketingfunctie. Ervaring binnen de automotive is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent creatief, commercieel ingesteld en denkt strategisch.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd opvolgen.
  • Je bent analytisch en neemt beslissingen op basis van data.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met digitale marketing, social media, Google Analytics en marketing automation is een plus.
