https://Top-Solution.biz (IDEEH GmbH, Fischauergasse 164/Top 1, 2700 Wiener Neustadt ) rekrutiert im Rahmen von AQUA für ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen eine auszubildende Person mit Freude an abwechslungsreicher Tätigkeit im Bereich Logistik.

Unser Kunde sucht Verstärkung und bildet Sie am 2. Bildungsweg (verkürzte Lehre) aus als 1 Brief- und Paketlogistiker_in - Distribution Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

Tätigkeitsprofil:

* Beschaffung, Lagerung, Transport sowie Auslieferung von Materialen/Produkten

* Abwicklung von Post- und Paketdienstleistungen

* Kontrolle und Zusammenstellung der Sendungen

* Übernahme der Sendungen im Verteilerzentrum

* Sortieren nach Fahrroute, Gangfolge, Priorität und Menge sowie entsprechendes Einladen ins Zustellfahrzeug (Kleintransporter, E-Fahrzeug mit Automatik)

* Auslieferung der Produkte nach festgelegter Route

* Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Zustell-Touren

Arbeitsort: Wiener Neustadt

Sie werden im Rahmen von AQUA (Arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung) eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg und einem betrieblichen Praktikum absolvieren. Die Dauer der verkürzten Lehre ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt (18 Monate). Sie erhalten für die Dauer der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes und einen Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten trägt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: € 2.630,00 brutto, pro Monat. Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung ist eine Überzahlung möglich! (Stand 9/2025)
