Voor onze klant, een tankbouwbedrijf in de haven van Antwerpen, zoeken we een brigadier.

Als brigadier stuur je dagelijks een team aan op verschillende werven en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en vormt de schakel tussen de werfleider, de klant en jouw team.

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van medewerkers aan op de werf.
  • Je organiseert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt gevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant tijdens de uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je ondersteunt het veiligheidsbeleid en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en voert werkplekinspecties uit.
  • Je meldt en rapporteert ongevallen, incidenten en onveilige situaties.
  • Je verzorgt de dagelijkse werfadministratie, zoals vergunningen en urenregistraties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleider en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op de werf.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als brigadier, voorman, ploegbaas of lasser binnen de tankbouw, staalbouw of een gelijkaardige sector.
  • Ervaring binnen de (petro)chemische sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis en een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Kennis van lastechnieken en de bijhorende normen is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet een team te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig VCA-attest (bij voorkeur VCA VOL) of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt oog voor veiligheid.
