Als Bronbemaler werk je fulltime, 40 uur per week, en zorg je ervoor dat bouwplaatsen droog blijven. Samen met je collega installeer je bemalingssystemen en ben je veel onderweg naar verschillende projecten in Noord-Nederland. De werktijden zijn flexibel; soms begin je eerder of eindig je later, maar je extra uren worden altijd uitbetaald. Veiligheid staat voorop en je zorgt ervoor dat elk project netjes wordt afgerond. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je plaatst filters, legt drainageleidingen en installeert pompen. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de installatie goed blijft functioneren. Na voltooiing van een project demonteer je samen de installatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd met een ervaren collega die je het vak leert. Fysiek werk is voor jou geen probleem; je steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen en bent niet bang om vies te worden. We zoeken een echte aanpakker! Heb je nog geen ervaring als bronbemaler? Geen probleem! Je leert alles in de praktijk. Motivatie en een goede werkhouding zijn het belangrijkst. Je krijgt volop de kans om door te groeien en nieuwe vaardigheden te leren.
