Als broodbakker krijg je hier de ruimte om te groeien en samen te werken met ervaren collega's. In deze functie als broodbakker werk je 's nachts samen met een hecht team aan ambachtelijk brood, ontvang je een mooi salaris en heb je veel zelfstandigheid. Je werktijden zijn flexibel bespreekbaar tussen 18 en 32 uur per week, met vaste inzet op donderdag en vrijdag. Ideaal als je van rust en focus houdt tijdens je werk. Over de functie Als broodbakker bij bakkerij RAAT in Alkmaar start je je dienst op donderdag om 22.00 uur en op vrijdag om 21.00 uur. Die nachten ben je sowieso nodig, andere dagen zijn mogelijk maar geen vereiste. Samen met je collega's bereid je het lekkerste desembrood, draai je degen en maak je verschillende ambachtelijke producten. Je werkt vooral in de nacht, waardoor het rustig is in de bakkerij en je echt met je vak bezig kunt zijn. Tijdens je dienst neem je af en toe een koffiepauze en rond 05:00/07:00 uur zit je werk er alweer op. De uren zijn flexibel te bespreken tussen de 18 en 32 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur.
