Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken, controleren en bijsturen van diverse brouwerijprocessen. - Instellen, reinigen, controleren en onderhouden van installaties en apparatuur. - Uitvoeren en optimaliseren van de productieplanning. - Controleren van grond- en hulpstoffen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses. - Signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en zelfstandig oplossen van storingen. Je werkt samen in een betrokken team van vakspecialisten, waar besluitvaardigheid en klantgericht denken je dagelijks vooruit helpen.
