SRQ116610 Je gaat tijdelijk aan de slag als BRP-specialist binnen een bestaand team en helpt bij het wegwerken van achterstanden in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Je draait direct mee in de uitvoering van BRP-werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat inwoners correct en zorgvuldig worden geholpen. In deze praktische functie combineer je werkzaamheden aan de balie met administratieve verwerking in de Basisregistratie Personen. Je pakt je werkzaamheden snel op, werkt nauwkeurig en stemt waar nodig af met collega’s binnen het team. Wat ga je doen - Je verwerkt eerste inschrijvingen van personen die vanuit het buitenland naar Nederland komen. - Je behandelt hervestigingen vanuit de RNI en verwerkt de bijbehorende gegevens. - Je werkt in de ochtend aan de balie en helpt inwoners met hun BRP-gerelateerde vragen en aanvragen. - Je verwerkt in de middag inschrijvingen en mutaties in de BRP. - Je beantwoordt vragen van inwoners via e-mail en telefoon. - Je controleert gegevens, verwerkt wijzigingen en zorgt dat de administratie op orde is. - Je stemt af met collega’s binnen het team wanneer een situatie extra uitzoekwerk vraagt. Over jou - Je kent het BRP-vak en kunt daardoor snel zelfstandig aan de slag. - Je werkt zorgvuldig met persoonsgegevens en BRP-gegevens. - Je communiceert prettig en helder met inwoners, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je laat vragen niet liggen, maar zoekt zaken uit of legt ze bij de juiste collega neer. - Je sluit makkelijk aan bij een bestaand team en volgt afspraken over werkwijze en registratie. - Je vindt het leuk om tijdelijk een team te versterken en direct van waarde te zijn in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Eisen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met BRP-werkzaamheden. Wensen - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met eerste inschrijvingen en hervestigingen vanuit de RNI.
