Als BSO Coördinator bij Kindergarden Het Zand in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn combineer je het werken met kinderen met een coördinerende rol binnen de buitenschoolse opvang. Je organiseert activiteiten, ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse planning en denkt mee over het activiteitenaanbod op de vestiging. Daarbij verdien je tot € 3.094 bruto per maand (op basis van 25 uur per week) en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Op onze BSO ontdekken kinderen iedere dag iets nieuws. Dankzij de ruime tuin, de sfeervolle huiskamer-BSO en de verschillende themalokalen creëren jullie samen een omgeving waar kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar kunnen spelen, ontspannen en hun talenten ontwikkelen. Wat kun je verwachten? Als BSO Coördinator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je combineert het begeleiden van kinderen met organisatorische en coördinerende werkzaamheden. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat kinderen iedere dag een uitdagend en afwisselend programma aangeboden krijgen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen van creatieve en leerzame activiteiten op basis van ons pedagogisch programma Wereldwijs. - Het coördineren van planningen, roosters, vakanties en studiedagen. - Het stimuleren van kinderen om hun talenten en interesses te ontdekken. - Het organiseren van workshops, projecten en vakantieprogramma's. - Het begeleiden van kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar tijdens hun vrije t...
