Wolfurt, Vollzeit

In unserer Warenübernahme ordnest du die Eingangsware dem richtigen Lagerbereich zu. Dazu führst du eine vollständige Wareneingangskontrolle von über 200.000 verschiedenen Produkten durch. Die Produkte sind so vielseitig wie dein Job: von kleinen Dichtringen bis hin zu sechs Meter Gewindestangen. Dein Job ist sehr vielseitig und abwechslungsreich, bringt aber auch Verantwortung mit sich.

Was dich erwartet - Abwechslung viel Selbstständigkeit

* Du bearbeitest unsere Eingangswaren: du packst die Waren aus (Pakete und Paletten), prüfst diese auf Ganzheit, Qualität und Menge und buchst die Waren in unser Computersystem ein.

* Beim Kontrollieren der Ware vergleichst du die erhaltenen Artikel mit dem Lieferschein.

* Stimmt die erhaltene Ware mit dem Lieferschein überein, buchst du die Ware mittels Computersystem in einen unserer zehn Lagerbereiche. Da du viel am Computer arbeitest, verfügst du über Grundkenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen (vor allem Outlook).

* Stimmt die erhaltene Ware nicht mit dem Lieferschein überein, bearbeitest du die Reklamation. Dafür erstellst du einen Reklamationsschein im System und verfolgst den Vorgang. Du kommunizierst mit internen Abteilungen wie dem Einkauf oder der Spedition telefonisch und per Mail.

* Dein Gehalt liegt - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation - deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag.

Das bringst du mit - Genauigkeit und Teamgedanke

* Abgeschlossene Lehre, höhere Schule (zB. Handelsschule, Fachschule, ...) oder mind. fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung.

* Da dein Job körperliche Arbeit (Auspacken und Sortieren der Waren, ...) sowie Tätigkeiten am Computer beinhaltet, bist du körperlich fit und sicher am Computer.

* Der Umgang mit Zahlen macht dir Spaß, denn von Artikelnummern bis hin zu Gewichtsangaben arbeitest du den ganzen Tag damit.

* Dein Job ist zweigeteilt, daher bringst du ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität mit.

* Du packst gerne mit an und bist eine Teamplayerin bzw. ein Teamplayer - wir ziehen alle an einem Strang und helfen einander.
