Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung und laufende Buchhaltung mehrerer Unternehmen innerhalb der Wedl-Gruppe

* Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen und Bilanzierungsarbeiten

* Verbuchung von Bank- und Kassentransaktionen

* Bearbeitung von Zahlungsavisen sowie Zahlungszuordnungen

* Verwaltung, Kontrolle und Abstimmung offener Posten

* Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen

* Durchführung und Überwachung des Mahnwesens

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Standorten und Fachabteilungen

* Unterstützung von Kollegen (m/w/d) bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen

Dein Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH, Lehre)

* Berufserfahrung in einer Buchhaltung und/oder Buchhalterprüfung 1

* Basiskenntnisse in umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Themen

* Solide MS Office - Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook)

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise
