Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltungsagenden

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Ansprechperson für Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen in allen buchhalterischen Belangen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Unterstützung bei Budgeterstellung sowie bei Forecasts und im Reporting

* Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Finanzprozesse

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - idealerweise mit (Bilanz-) Buchhalterprüfung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen

* IT-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Teamarbeit
