* Laufende Buchhaltung: Du wirkst aktiv an der Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Konzerngesellschaften mit.

* Kreditorenmanagement: Du übernehmest die Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive der Datenerfassung in unserem spezialisierten Rechnungsverwaltungssystem.

* Internationales Teamwork: Du unterstützt bei der laufenden Betreuung unserer ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften.

* Abschlüsse & Abstimmungen: Du hilfst bei Abstimmungsarbeiten sowie der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.

* Zahlungsverkehr & Spesen: Du wickelst den täglichen Zahlungstransaktionsprozess ab und verbuchst die Reisekostenberechnungen.

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.

* Fachwissen: Solide Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen (nach UGB sowie grundlegendes IFRS-Know-how) und Erfahrung im Steuerrecht (insb. USt. und KSt.).

* IT & Systeme: Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise proALPHA).

* Sprachkompetenz: Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
