* Selbstständige Durchführung der gesamten Objektbuchhaltung für Miet- und WEG-Objekte.

* Erstellung der jährlichen Betriebskosten- und Hausgeldabrechnungen.

* Überwachung aller Zahlungseingänge sowie Abwicklung des Mahnwesens.

* Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen inkl. Zahlungsverkehr.

* Verwaltung und Abrechnung der Instandhaltungsrücklagen sowie Kautionen.

* Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Mieter, Eigentümer und Behörden bei buchhalterischen Rückfragen.

Ihr Profil

* Zwingend erforderlich: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Objektbuchhaltung innerhalb eines Immobilienunternehmens.

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufmann/-frau, Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) oder eine Qualifikation als Finanzbuchhalter:in.

* Ein Höchstmaß an Genauigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit sowie eine präzise, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

* Solide Kenntnisse im Miet- und WEG-Recht in Bezug auf Abrechnungen.

* Sicherer Umgang mit einer gängigen Immobilienverwaltungssoftware (z. B. Realcube, DOMUS, Immoware24) sowie MS Office.
