Als Lead Designer bij Budget Thuis stuur je een klein, ambitieus designteam aan en geef je richting aan de toekomst van onze producten. Je zet design stevig op de kaart, verweeft AI slim in onze manier van werken en laat zien hoe een sterk creatief design het verschil maakt voor onze klanten. Klaar om impact te maken? Over Budget Thuis Energie, internet en mobiel. Het zijn allang geen luxe meer, maar eerste levensbehoeften. Even gewoon en alledaags als brood, kaas en melk. En te veel betalen voor iets wat je elke dag nodig hebt? Dat gaat er bij ons niet in! Wij geloven dat het eenvoudiger en betaalbaarder kan. Onze producten zijn net zo degelijk, snel en betrouwbaar als de bekende merken, maar dan voor een budgetprijs. Daarvoor bestaat een speciale categorie: het huismerk. Dat is Budget Thuis, het huismerk voor energie, internet en mobiel. Elk van die producten heeft een eigen team en een eigen klantreis. Als Lead Designer zorg jij dat het design over al onze producten heen samenhangt en klopt. Wat je gaat doen Als Lead Designer help je richting te geven aan het designteam en zorg je ervoor dat we blijven focussen op oplossingen die aansluiten bij echte klantbehoeften. - Leidinggeven aan het designteam als people manager: coachen, feedback geven en designers laten groeien; - Met een frisse blik uitzetten van de UX-visie en designstrategie voor onze producten; - Vaststellen van roadmaps met de product managers en kiezen waar designers hun tijd aan besteden; - Bewaken van kwaliteit en consistentie, met ons designsysteem als solide basis om op verder te bouwen; - Zelf blijven ontwerpen over de producten heen, zodat je creatief talent niet verloren gaat; - Samenwerken met product, engineering en research, zodat design en techniek op elkaar aansluiten; - Vertegenwoordi...
