Binnen ons compacte en betrokken team krijg je de ruimte om écht het verschil te maken. Onze organisatie heeft duidelijke groeiambities - zowel in klantenkring als in capaciteit - en jij speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Als Buitendienst Verkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten. Je begeleidt het volledige traject: van leadgeneratie tot offerte en van onderhandeling tot order. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete acties. Je helpt mee aan het professionaliseren van onze processen. Jij zorgt voor groei én interne dynamiek. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Actief genereren van new business in de kozijnen-, gevel- en interieurbouw. - Klantbezoeken plannen en uitvoeren om behoeften te inventariseren - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes in samenwerking met de binnendienst. - Onderhandelen en succesvol afronden van het verkooptraject tot en met de order. - Klantwensen vertalen naar duidelijke opdrachten richting werkvoorbereiding en productie. - Interne processen verbeteren door klantfeedback en inzichten te delen. - Fungeren als aanjager van acties binnen het team. - Bijdragen aan de verdere groei en positionering van het bedrijf in de markt. Profiel - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of commerciële richting. - Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in B2B-verkoop, bij voorkeur richting bouw/industrie. - Bekend met of interesse in sublimatie. - Je bent ondernemend, energiek en hebt een sterke commerciële drive. - Je weet collega...
