FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Stap achter het stuur en maak elke dag het verschil voor duizenden reizigers. Je bent meer dan een chauffeur: je bent het vertrouwde gezicht op de bus en een belangrijke schakel in duurzame mobiliteit.

Jouw taken:

- Je bent in dienst bij ons en verzorgt ritten voor De Lijn.

- Je rijdt verschillende regionale buslijnen volgens een flexibel uurrooster, waarbij onze planners zoveel mogelijk rekening houden met jouw voorkeuren.

- Je zorgt voor een veilige, vlotte en defensieve rijstijl en bent een voorbeeld in het verkeer.

- Je verwelkomt reizigers vriendelijk en helpt hen verder met vragen over tarieven, dienstregelingen of andere praktische informatie.

- Je houdt je bus netjes en behandelt het voertuig met zorg, zodat het steeds in optimale staat blijft.

PROFIEL

- Autorijden is voor jou veel meer dan een beroep: het is iets waar je echt plezier uit haalt.

- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs D of DE. Heb je dat nog niet? Dan bekijken we graag samen de mogelijkheden om dit te behalen.

- Veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid staan bij jou altijd op de eerste plaats. Je waakt over het welzijn van je passagiers en andere weggebruikers.

- Je houdt van afwisseling, bent graag onderweg en hebt plezier in het contact met mensen.

- Je bent klantvriendelijk, verzorgd en servicegericht.

- Je beschikt over een blanco strafregister

AANBOD

- Een voltijdse of deeltijdse functie in jouw eigen regio, met veel afwisseling, zelfstandigheid en dagelijks klantencontact.

- Flexibele werkmogelijkheden zoals week-om-week werken of seizoensgebonden inzet, indien gewenst.

- Een maandelijkse brutopremie van €183,82 en een nettovergoeding van €57,83 vanaf 10 gewerkte dagen per maand.

- Aantrekkelijke weekendpremies: 125% loon op zaterdag en 200% op zondag.
